At DokiDokiCosplay, we want to ensure your transformation is perfect, which is why we offer a 15-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that custom-sized costumes and intimate accessories are final sale for hygiene and manufacturing reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the costume, wig, or accessory is free of makeup stains, scents, or modifications, and repackage it in its original branded packaging.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return authorization label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team verifies the contents, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
