How do I choose the correct size for my cosplay?
Since our costumes are tailored to specific character designs, sizing can vary. We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring yourself in centimeters and comparing your bust, waist, and hip measurements to the chart before ordering.
How long does shipping take for pre-order items?
Pre-order items have estimated shipping dates listed in the product description. Once the production phase is complete, standard shipping typically takes 10-20 business days, while express shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for costumes?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the costume is in its original, unworn condition with all tags and accessories included. Please note that custom-sized items and intimate apparel (like wigs or socks) are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Are the wigs pre-styled like the photos?
Our wigs are trimmed to the basic character shape, but minor styling (such as applying hairspray or wax) is required after transit to achieve the exact look shown in our professional promotional photos.

Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
