 Please note which account should we send the gift card amount to since the card can only be used by the specific account.We will contact you within 1-2 business days after you order it!

For first-time customers
We recommend purchasing a physical gift card.

About electric card VS physical card

electric card :if you plan to use it in the near future, we can send it directly to your email address. Please provide the email address where you wish to receive the gift card so that we can send it to you in a timely manner.

physical card:If you do not plan to use a gift card in the near future, or plan to give it as a gift to a friend, we also offer physical card mailing services. Please let us know your mailing address and we will mail the gift card to you. Please note that the physical card needs to be activated by customer service before it can be used.

a.If you want, you can customize the message! Write what you like, for example “I would love to see you cosplaying as XXX” or “Enjoy your present!”.Sample Email is as shown
